Perma Builds

Hello Everyone,

I have to apologize. I have been working on builds lately. When I do that i dont always see what is going on in chat. I hope no one thinks i am ignoring them!

When Sf was nerfed ppl thought that it would be the end of speed clear builds. I am here to tell you they can still run alot of dungeons with sf. I also think Anet made it easier and not harder to run these areas. Now other chars can go perma to; not just sins. I am working on some builds to help other chars run dungeons. If you have any ideas; please let me know!
